The discussion will cover both applications of emerging automated solutions and new, innovative ways to use existing technology and automation.Automation use cases will covered the following examples:-Economic Divers - space efficiency, labour efficiency, meeting increasing customer service levels, and addressing the rise of fulfilment complexity due to the digital consumer,Automated Equipment - applications for a range of automated solutions including smart carts, shuttle developments, pocket sorters, robotics, and specifics targeted solutions. -IT Information Systems - including hierarchy, functionality, SCADA and data analytics.-Discussion will address the need for scalability and flexibility in automated systems.We will also look at the regional difference in automation trends (North America, Europe and Asia) to see if there are clues as to how the North America market may develop in the short and medium term.Finally some projections on how other technologies, like IOT, vision, cloud computing, and AI will impact the warehouse.
